Tract 1: Inside 65+/- acres nearly all tillable with predominantly Class I & II soils and a productivity rating of 70.3. Predominantly Brandt Silty Clay Loam soils, this strong corn and soybean farm has a Corn PLC yield of 154, and a Soybeans PLC yield of 43.
