Tract I - 160 +/- Acres:   According to FSA information, this tract has approximately 155 acres tillable.  This farm has the following bases and yields:  Corn 42.51 acres w/PLC yield of 155 bu. & Soybeans 42. 69 acres w/PLC yield of 54 bu.  This tract is made up of good Brookings County soils with a Surety AgriData productivity index of 79.8.  This farm is located on an oil road and has a US Fish & Wildlife Easement.

Tract II – 120 +/- Acres:  According to FSA information, this tract has approximately 114 acres tillable.  This farm has the following bases and yields:  Corn 33.96 acres w/PLC yield of 100 bu.  This farm has a Surety AgriData productivity index of 74.5.  This farm has 80.54 acres enrolled in the CRP with an annual payment of $15,154.  Two of the CRP Contracts expire on 9/3/2025 and one contract expires on 9/30/2022.  This farm is located on an oil road and has a US Fish & Wildlife Easement.
