Method of Sale:  Farm will be offered as “Buyers Choice” whereas the high bidder may purchase any combination of the 3 Tracts for their high bid.  They may take Tract 1, Tract 2 or Tract 3 OR all 3 Tracts or any combination. 

Tract I – 80 Acres M/L  The farm is all tillable and according to AgriData Surety has predominately Primghar and Marcus Silty Clay Loam soil w/CSR2 productivity index of 97.4.  According to FSA, farm has a corn base of 37.6 acres with PLC yield of 164 bus. and soybean base of 37.1 acres w/47 bus. yield.
