Balance based on 20-year amortized Contract for Deed to include interest of 3 1/2%. Interest starts December 2, 2016. Balloon payment is due December 2, 2020. Buyer may prepay Contract for Deed anytime without penalty.

Option II – 10% down date of sale and balance due on or before December 2, 2016.

Title Insurance and closing fee split 50/50 between buyer and seller for each option. Buyer may choose Option I or Option II.
