We will offer at Public Auction the following described real estate located from DeSmet, SD, 4 miles west on Hwy. 14 and 4 miles north on 429th Avenue then 1/8 mile east on 203rd Street.

Tract I – 97.58 +/- Acres:  This unimproved, nearly all tillable, inside, productive farm has good eye appeal and is located in a good agricultural area.  According to Surety AgriData, both tracts have predominately Clarno-Bonilla Loam and Clarno-Ethan-Bonilla Loam soils with a productivity index of 79.8, ideal for raising corn and soybeans.
