We will offer at Public Auction the following described Real Estate located from Hendricks, MN, 3 miles South, 3 miles East on Hwy. 19 and ½ mile South on 150th Avenue or ½ mile South of Lyon Co. Fertilizer Plant, on:

TRACT I: 160 +/- acres. This highly productive, unimproved corn and soybean farm, according to Surety Agridata, has predominantly Oak Lake Silty Clay Loam and Singsaas-Oak Lake soils. The farm has a high productivity index of 96.2 and has approximately 22,400 feet of tile. According to FSA, this farm has 76.3 corn base with a PLC yield of 157 and a 76.0 soybean base with a PLC yield of 43. All fall field work goes with the farm.
